Latinas Acting Up

Latinas Acting Up is a national organization empowering Latinas and Latina-identifying voices in TV, film, theater, and media. What began as a grassroots movement of SAG-AFTRA actors has grown into a powerful platform for visibility, mentorship, and advocacy across the entertainment industry. With chapters in Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago, the organization continues to champion representation, collaboration, and creative opportunity for over 300 members and counting.

The goal was to create a website that reflected the movement’s strength, creativity, and cultural pride. The new identity pairs modern typography with warm, expressive tones and editorial-inspired layouts that honor the artistry and activism behind the organization. The result is a visual presence that feels confident, connected, and deeply rooted in community.
